The type of Personal Data the School collects about prospective students, students and parents and/or guardians ('Parents') before, during, and after the course of a student's enrolment at the School, as well as other individuals/visitors who come into contact with the School through the Website include but is not limited to the following:

- Identity Verification (e.g., photo, passport number, date of birth)

This includes the information you voluntarily provide through the “Interest Form,” which we use to communicate with prospective students and their families during the admission process, as well as data submitted via the “Contact Us” form, which we collect and store in order to respond to inquiries.
We also automatically collect certain Personal Data through cookies and server logs to ensure our Website content is displayed effectively, administer and secure the Website, and conduct internal statistical and trend analyses to enhance user experience and performance; however, no automated decision‑making or profiling is carried out. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by emailing privacy@sabis.net or clicking the “unsubscribe” link.
In addition, we process Personal Data when required to comply with applicable legal obligations, and we may process data based on our legitimate interests in managing, developing, testing, and securing our systems and Services, always applying appropriate safeguards and limiting the data to what is necessary. Finally, when you submit an application or inquiry to the School, we process your Personal Data as needed to take steps at your request prior to entering into a potential contract, including managing inquiries, supporting admissions, maintaining communication, and ensuring the proper functioning and security of our systems.

Use Of Google Maps
We use Google Maps on our Website. Google Maps is a service provided by Google LLC, 1600
Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
The Google Maps plug-in is included by embedding the service on our Website using what is known as iFrames. When loading these iFrames, Google may collect and process information (including personal data) under certain circumstances. We cannot exclude the possibility that Google may also transmit this information to a server in a different country.
We do not collect any data when you use Google Maps through our Website.
The purpose of having Google Maps on our Website is to display our address and make further information available to you by providing access routes to the respective locations; therefore, making it possible for you to plan your journey independently.

Personal Data Erasure And Storage Duration
We will endeavor to keep your information accurate and up-to-date and not keep it for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy unless otherwise required by law.
Personal Data collected through the Website’s forms will be transferred directly to the School and will not be stored in the Website’s database. Only authorized School employees, such as administrative staff, will receive this Personal Data to contact the Data Subject and/or process an application form for their child. The School will securely store the Personal Data using measures like encryption and access controls, retaining it only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes and ensuring it is not used for unrelated purposes, such as marketing, without a prior explicit consent.
Some E-forms available on our Website (referred to in this Policy as ‘Forms’) may be created using the School’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) web application, which is integrated with the Website. The Personal Data collected from these E-forms will be stored in the School CRM’s database for a specified period, starting from the date of submission. This duration is necessary for the purpose of data collection and is detailed in each form's privacy statement, which must be consented to before submitting the form.
We have no impact over the duration for which data held by social network operators are stored for their own purposes. For details, please refer directly to the social network operators’ privacy policies.
Personal Data Transfer And Sharing
The Personal Data collected from the E-Forms generated through the School's CRM web application is securely stored in the School's CRM database, both of which are hosted in Microsoft Azure data centers located in Europe.
In addition, authorized employees from SABIS Educational Services S.A.L., based in Adma, Lebanon, may access your Personal Data solely for technical support purposes, further to the School request.
Disclosure To Third Parties Without Prejudice To The Previous Clause
We do not share the Personal Data collected on this Website with third parties without first obtaining your consent. However, we may be required or need to disclose your Personal Data in the following circumstances:
- If we receive a valid request from the police, law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or government authorities in the country of origin or elsewhere.
- We may share your Personal Data with other schools and companies within the SABIS® Network for academic and technical support purposes.
- We may share your Personal Data with our service providers in order to provide you with the necessary services. A list of these service providers can be provided upon request and when applicable.
- We may also share your data with relevant service providers for contract execution and business development.
Legal Basis For The Processing Of Your Personal Data
The processing of Personal Data carried out by the School is based exclusively on the prior, free, and informed consent of the data subject, in accordance with Article 4 of Law No. 09‑08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. The School does not collect or process Personal Data without such consent. By accepting this Privacy Policy and submitting their information through the Website or any related form, the data subject is deemed to have provided valid consent to the processing of their Personal Data for the purposes described herein. This processing has been duly notified to the National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP) and is authorized under number A‑PO‑1124/2025. Additionally, certain processing activities may involve international transfers of Personal Data, which are authorized by the CNDP under number T‑PO‑357/2025.

- Right of portability – you have the right to have the data we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- Right to object – you have the right to object to certain types of processing, such as direct marketing.
- Right to object to automated processing, including profiling – profiling-based activities are not carried out under any circumstances.
- Right to withdraw your consent for Personal Data Processing – you shall inform us of this through any available means in accordance with Law provisions.
- Right to lodge a complaint – if you object to our processing of your Personal Data, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority (DPA) in the country where you reside or the alleged infringement of data protection laws has taken place.
If you are a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and submit a request concerning your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), we will respond within 30 days without delay. This period may be extended according to PDPL provisions, but the extension will not exceed an additional 30 days.
